Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for specific shipping restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as Soft Baits and Hard Baits that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us if the exchange is due to an error on our part.
